RAY HANANIA is an award winning columnist with Creators Syndicate. He was named the "Best Ethnic American Columnist" in 2007 by the New America Media. In  2009, Hanania received the Mehdi Courage in Journalism Award, and in 2010 he received the Sigma Delta Chi National Award for Column Writing from the Society of Professional Journalists. Hanania is also the recipient of four prestigious Chicago Headline Club/SPJ Peter Lisagor Awards for column writing.
